What type of gift cards can I purchase on this site?
We have two types of gift cards available for purchase: traditional Plastic Gift Cards and Virtual eGift cards.
Do Domino's gift cards ever expire?
No, Domino's gift cards do not expire or carry service fees on any unused balances.
Can I include a personal message with the gift card?
No, not when ordering a plastic gift card. However you can include personal message when ordering an eGift Cards. See eGift Card FAQs below.
How do I activate my gift card(s) once I receive them?
All gift cards will arrive activated and ready to use.
What if the gift cards are lost or stolen?
Please treat a gift card as you would cash; the value of the lost or stolen card is non-refundable. If your order was lost or stolen during shipment, please call us at 1-877-250-2278.
Can gift cards be redeemed for cash?
No, Domino's gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, unless where required by law.

What if I plan to re-sell Domino's Gift Cards or use Domino's trademarks and/or images in a promotion?
A Gift Card Agreement and submission of marketing materials for approval is required if your program includes the usage of Domino's trademarks/images in marketing materials or offering Domino's Gift Cards for re-sale.
What's the process for getting approval on marketing materials?
If using Domino's trademarks or images, all marketing materials including Domino's trademarks (design elements and copy) must be approved prior to use.
A Domino's logo, Gift Card and/or other appropriate images and Legal Copy will be provided to you after the Gift Card Agreement has been executed. Please forward all marketing materials for review and approval to giftcard@dominos.com.
What if I plan to re-sell Domino’s Gift Cards or use Domino’s trademarks and/or images in a promotion?
A Gift Card Agreement and submission of marketing materials for approval is required if your program includes the usage of Domino’s trademarks/images in marketing materials or offering Domino’s Gift Cards for re-sale.
What payment methods can I use?
Before an order is shipped, payment must be received. We accept credit card payments (Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX) as well as ACH and Corporate check. If payment by ACH or Corporate check, please contact us at giftcard@dominos.com for instructions. You will receive an email confirmation once the payment has been approved and again with the shipment is made.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts based on the total amount of your order. Discounts begin at $1,000.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of shipping addresses that can be placed in a single order.
When will I receive my gift cards?
Receipt of your plastic gift cards will depend on your payment method and shipping method chosen. We offer UPS Ground at no charge or you can select FedEx Next Day or 2nd Day at an additional charge. Some orders placed by 12:00 EST may be ready to ship same day; most plastic orders will ship be ready to ship next business day. If you or your recipients do not receive your gift cards, please log into your account to resend the email or request a replacement gift card.
Where can Domino's gift cards be redeemed?
Both Domino's plastic and virtual eGift cards can be redeemed on the Dominos.com website through our online ordering portal or at any participating Domino's location. Please visit our site at https://order.dominos.com/en/pages/order/?locations=1#/locations/ to find the restaurant nearest you.
How do I check the balance of a gift card?
To check your gift card balance, visit https://order.dominos.com/en/pages/giftcard/ and select "Check Your Gift Card Balance." Enter the 19 digit Gift Card number and 4 digit PIN number and you will see your balance immediately. You can enter your email and/or mobile phone number to have your balance sent to you.
What is an eGift card?
An eGift card is an electronic gift card that is ordered and received via email or smartphone. eGift cards can be redeemed online or at any of our participating Dominos locations. eGift cards are similar to plastic gift cards, except the gift card number on the eGift is manually keyed in by our crew members at the restaurant instead of a card being swiped.
Can I include a personal message when sending an eGift card?
Yes, when ordering an eGift card, you may create a personalized message in the body of the email.
*Please note that the message will be the same for every gift card in a single order. If multiple messages are desired, each message will need to be placed in a separate order. This can be done quickly by uploading a spreadsheet that has each message listed with the associated email address.
When will I receive my eGift cards?
eGift cards will be received within six hours of completing your purchase (and payment is received). If you or your recipients do not receive your gift cards, please log into your account to resend the email or request a replacement gift card.
How do I activate my eGift card(s) once I receive them?
Once you have received your email notification that your eGift card is available, click on the “Activate Your Card Now” button to activate your eGift card.
The recipient didn’t receive their eGift card, what should I do?
If you or your recipients do not receive your eGift cards, please log into your account to resend the email or request a replacement eGift card. If you need further assistance, please email us at giftcard@dominos.com.

CARDCO CXXV, Inc. is the card issuer and sole obligor to card owner. CARDCO may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not CARDCO, will be sole obligor to card owner. Resale by any unlicensed vendor or through any unauthorized channels such as online auctions is prohibited.
