There is no expiration date on your Baskin-Robbins gift card. You can register your Baskin-Robbins gift card in the Baskin-Robbins Mobile App.
Yes. If you have previously registered your Baskin-Robbins gift card, you can reload it via the Baskin-Robbins Mobile App.
Your Baskin-Robbins gift card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your gift card, contact customer support immediately. If your gift card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new Baskin-Robbins gift card for that value. As a precaution, we encourage you to register all eGift and physical cards via the Baskin-Robbins Mobile App.
Baskin-Robbins gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash, check or credit—unless required by law.
You do not need to register your Baskin-Robbins gift card to use it. However, we encourage you to register your Baskin-Robbins gift card to protect your balance in case your card is lost.

eGift Card: All gift cards purchased are subject to credit card and security processing. This typically occurs within 20 minutes however it could take up to 24 hours. If cards are not received within 24 hours, please contact our customer support using the Contact Us button.
Physical Card: Delivery times are determined by the shipping method chosen. Orders generally ship within 2 business days after the order is placed. If you selected FedEx shipping, you’ll receive an email with tracking information once your gift card has shipped. Tracking is not available for cards delivered via USPS shipping.
Physical Cards may be shipped to valid street addresses within the United States. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as WGC*BASKIN-ROBBINS.
An eGift card is an electronic gift card that is sent via email. On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient via email informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the 16-digit gift card number and 8-digit PIN. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift card.
1. Load your eGift card into the Baskin-Robbins Mobile App under the 'Pay' tab, have your eGift card accessible on your mobile device, or print this page.
2. Present it to a crew member at any participating U.S. Baskin-Robbins location.

There are no delivery or handling charges; you only pay for the face value of the eGift card.
Yes, you can send yourself eGift cards. When purchasing eGift cards, simply choose “This is For Me”. Once you receive the eGift card via email, you can either forward it to others or print it, then share it.
The recipient of the eGift card will receive an email notification indicating that an eGift card has been sent to them. These notifications include any personal messages you added during the gift card purchase process.
You will receive an email notification when the recipient opens the email containing their eGift card. You can also track the status of the gift card by entering your email address and confirmation number under “Track Your Online Gift Card Purchase”.
Occasionally eGift cards are intercepted by spam filters; please check with the recipient to see if their eGift card is in their spam or junk folders.
It is also possible that the email address was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase; please check the email address you entered for the recipient.
You can also resend the gift card under “Track Your Online Gift Card Purchase” by entering the purchaser’s email address and confirmation number associated with the gift card, then selecting the 'Track' button. Once the gift card appears, select the 'Send It Now' button. The gift card has now been resent to the original recipient email address.
Yes, this is a very popular feature if you want your gift card to arrive at that very special moment. eGift cards can be sent immediately (subject to credit card and security processing time) or at any future date and time.
Some email systems and browsers are set to block images and pop-ups which can prevent a purchaser from receiving their purchase receipt or eGift card email. Please click on the 'via web browser' link which is located in the upper righthand corner of the email. Also, check to ensure the pop-up blocker is temporarily disabled; this is typically a yellow box of text just below the browser tabs.
If you need to send your eGift card to a different email address, please contact our customer support using the Contact Us button.
Unfortunately, we are unable to convert an eGift card to a physical one. The eGift card can be sent to you for printing and forwarding, the same way you would gift a physical card.
The purchaser of the gift card has the ability to resend your gift card using their email address and confirmation number from our “Track Your Online Gift Card Purchase” page. Please contact the purchaser and have them resend the gift card.
If you misplaced your eGift card, click on the link in the original email to access it. If you no longer have the original email, please contact the purchaser of the gift card and have them resend it to you from our “Track Your Online Gift Card Purchase” page.
