How do I check the balance of a gift card?
To check your gift card balance, visit https://innoutburger.wgiftcard.com/rbc/innoutburger and select "Check Your Gift Card Balance." Enter the 16 digit Gift Card number and you will see your balance immediately. You can enter your email and have your balance sent to you.
When ordering in bulk, do gift cards come attached to holders?
No, gift cards will be delivered with the holder separate from the card.
What is the maximum amount of gift cards you can order?
There is no maximum amount of gift cards you can order.
Can gift cards be used to purchase merchandise on the website or over the phone?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept gift cards as payment on our website or over the phone. If you are interested in purchasing merchandise with an In-N-Out gift card, please redeem your gift card in person at one of our three retail locations.
Do you offer eGift cards? Can gift cards be sent electronically in an email as an eGift card or as a printable gift card?
No, please note that we only offer physical gift cards that are NOT electronic or printable.

No, our gift cards do not expire, nor do we charge any service fees on any unused balances.
