Yes, when ordering gift cards, there is an option to personalize the message. Please note that the message will be the same for every gift card in a single order. If multiple messages are needed, each will need to be a separate order.
As for the eGift/virtual cards, gift cards purchased are subject to credit card and security processing. This typically occurs within 20 minutes however it could take up to 24 hours. If cards are not received within 24 hours please contact our customer support at 888-288-4641. Online gift card orders for plastic/traditional cards received by 12pm CST are processed the following business day. Our basic shipping method is regular mail and we allow 10 business days for arrival before reissuing an order.
The gift cards will arrive activated and ready for use.

Yes, if you have funds remaining on your gift card you may use them towards a tip or any alcoholic beverages. You will receive a slip similar to a credit card where you can write the tip amount in.
Fogo de Chão is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Please treat a gift card as you would cash. If you have proof of purchase contact Fogo Guest Relations 888-288-4641 for assistance. If your gift card has not been redeemed or has remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new eGift Card for that value.

Unfortunately, we are unable to convert an eGift/virtual Card to a plastic one. The eGift/virtual Card can be sent to you for printing and forwarding, the same way you would forward a plastic/traditional card. Remember that eGift/virtual Cards can be personalized with messages and images which make it a truly unique gift.
