Where can Panera Bread plastic and eGift gift cards be used?
Panera Bread gift cards may be used in cafe or in the drive-thru at any participating location. We also offer online and in-app redemptions for Panera® Curbside, Rapid Pick-Up® or Contactless Delivery. Panera Bread gift cards are not redeemable through third party delivery sites. Do the gift cards ever expire?
No, our gift cards do not expire, nor do we charge any service fees on any unused balances.
How many denominations are available?
Panera Bread gift cards can be loaded for any amount between $2 and $200.
When will I receive my gift cards?
When you receive your plastic gift cards will depend on the shipping method chosen. We offer FedEx Ground at no charge. FedEx 2 Day and Overnight are available for an extra charge. eGift cards will be processed within one business day of order approval.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX), check and ACH payments.
What if the gift cards are lost or stolen?
Please treat a gift card as you would cash; the value of the lost or stolen card is non-refundable. If your order was lost or stolen during shipment, please contact us at 833-PANCARD or email PaneraBulkGC@panerabread.com.
Can gift cards be redeemed for cash?
Panera Bread gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, unless where required by law.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Orders of $1000 or more receive a 10% evergreen discount. For orders less than $1,000 please visit our store by clicking here
