How long will it take to setup a new corporate gift card purchase registration?
All corporate gift card program registration requests take up to 3-5 business days for review. You will not be able to order gift cards through the Corporate Gift Card program until approved and you receive your activation confirmation.
Can I use the NM logo or Gift Card Image to promote corporate gift cards?
With Neiman Marcus Group review and approval in writing of marketing material.

Our gift cards are redeemable for merchandise from Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Horchow, Cusp, and Last Call and their respective stores, catalogs and websites.
Do the gift cards ever expire?
Any unused value remains on the NM Gift Card, or NM Virtual Gift Card until you choose to use it, subject to applicable law in various states.
How many denominations are available?
Denominations for individual Gift Cards are currently available at any value never to exceed $1,000.00 USD on a single Gift Card, and with a minimum value never to fall below $25.00 USD.
Will you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, there is no limit to the amount of addresses that can be shipped to in a single order.
When will I receive my gift cards?
Orders will ship within ten (10) business days following Neiman Marcus’s receipt of payment. Orders are shipped FedEx next day air. Orders will not be shipped out or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, MC, and AMEX), check payments and wire payments. Before a gift card order is shipped, payment must be received. If you choose the check or wire payment option, your order will remain pending until payment has been received and deposited. You will receive an email once the payment has been approved and again with the shipment is sent.
Can gift cards be redeemed for cash?
Gift Cards are not refundable for cash or returnable to Neiman Marcus unless required by law, and cannot be used as payment on credit or corporate business accounts with Neiman Marcus.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Discounts may be available on orders of $5,000 or more.
How do I activate my card(s) once I receive them?
The gift cards will arrive activated and ready for use.

To check your gift card balance, visit the respective URL and select "Check Your Gift Card Balance." Enter the 16 digit Gift Card number and you will see your balance immediately. You can enter your email and/or mobile phone number to have your balance sent to you.
