We offer FedEx Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight. PLEASE NOTE: FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx overnight includes processing and shipping fees. All physical orders placed after 4:30am Central will process on the next business day. The minimum total order value for eGift Cards is $10. For physical Gift Cards minimum order is $15. For physical Gift Card orders less than $15, please visit a participating Taco Bell location, they offer at a $5 minimum. The maximum number of eGift Card/Gift Cards that can be ordered on this website is 10 cards, with a maximum of $100 per card. You will receive an email notification when the recipient opens the email containing their eGift Card. You can also track status by inputting your confirmation # and email address here.
When purchasing Gift Cards (physical only) on the Taco Bell website or Mobile app – there are a few options for shipping at different rates. We also carry Gift Cards (physical) at participating Taco Bell locations – check out the nearest location to you: www.tacobell.com/locations, and bypass shipping fees.
Taco Bell Gift Cards are redeemable at participating Taco Bell locations in the United States, Taco Bell Mobile App, website, and Kiosk.
Taco Bell eGift Cards can only be redeemed through the Taco Bell website www.tacobell.com or Taco Bell Mobile App.
We highly encourage you to register your card by downloading the Taco Bell Mobile App (available on iOS and Android), setting up an account, and linking your Taco Bell eGift Card to your account under my Info/Payments section. You can also set up an account through our website by visiting: www.tacobell.com/register.
For balance inquiry, go to www.tacobell.com/gift-cards or call the number on the back of your card (888-999-5605). Your balance is also available within the Taco Bell Mobile App when you register your eGift Card/Gift Card.
You sure can, and we make it easy! Here are a few options on how to reload your eGift Card/Gift Card.

2. eGift Cards/Gift Cards - if you don’t already have our app, download the Taco Bell Mobile App (available on iOS and Android), look for the Gift Card section on the left hand side, click it to find the reload section.
3. Gift Cards only, visit a participating Taco Bell location near you and reload in-person
The unused value of a lost, stolen, or damaged eGift Card/Gift Card as shown on our records can be replaced if proof of purchase is provided. To obtain a replacement card:
• Step 1: You’ll need to freeze the balance on your card by calling: (888) 999-5605
• Step 2: Fill out and submit the Gift Card Service Form. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
Unfortunately, proof of purchase is required on lost, stolen or damaged Taco Bell eGift Card/Gift Card requests for the protection of the cardholder from theft and fraud.
All eGift Card/Gift Card activations are FINAL. There are no refunds/returns on Taco Bell eGift Cards/Gift Cards.
Taco Bell eGift Cards/Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. The following states (“Cash–Back States”) allow for cash back when your balance drops below a certain amount.
•  Balance; less than $1: RI, VT
•  Balance; less than $2.50: TX
•  Balance; less than $3: CT
•  Balance; less than $5: HI, MT, NJ, NY, OR, WA, ME
•  Balance; $5 or less: CO, MA
•  Balance; less than $10: CA
