Do Shoppers Food gift cards ever expire?

No, our gift cards do not expire, nor do we charge any service fees on any unused balances.

How many denominations are available?

Any Shoppers Food gift card can be loaded for any amount between $5.00 and $500.00 in one-dollar increments.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept credit card payments (Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX) check and ACH payments.

What if the gift cards are lost or stolen?

Please treat a gift card as you would cash; the value of the lost or stolen card is non-refundable. If your order was lost or stolen during shipment, please contact us at (888) 907-7467.

Can gift cards be redeemed for cash?

Shoppers Food gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, unless where required by law.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, orders of $1,000 or more will receive a 5% discount.

What are the terms & conditions?

  • No value until purchased
  • Available in any amount from $5 to $500
  • Redeemable for merchandise or services (other than gift cards and prepaid cards)
  • Gift cards may be used multiple times until value is fully depleted
  • Gift cards have no monthly fees or expiration dates
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
  • Shoppers Food is not responsible for the use of your card without your knowledge
  • Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced
