How can I order McDonald’s Arch Cards for my business?

To order Arch Cards in bulk for your business needs, you will need to register for a McDonald’s Arch Card Corporate Account. This vetting process is required to adhere to applicable legal requirements and to ensure brand alignment. We reserve the right to accept or reject any corporate account applications in our sole discretion.

To register, you will be required to provide an EIN, TAX ID and/or a Business License # so that we can properly identify your business.

What happens if I don’t have an EIN, TAX ID or Business License #?

If you would like to purchase a smaller amount of gift cards or your purchase is for personal use, please visit our consumer site.

What happens after I apply for an Arch Card Corporate Account?

Once your application is submitted, a Corporate Sales Specialist will review your information and reply within three business days. We reserve the right to accept or reject any corporate account applications in our sole discretion.

If your account is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for finishing your account set up. Once you complete those instructions you’ll be all set to place bulk Arch Card orders online.

Please note that your account will be set-up with the preferred payment method indicated on the application unless we have contacted you and notified you otherwise.

How do I update my account information including my payment type?

Please email us at McDonalds_arch_cards@us.mcd.com to request any changes to your account set up. Once the change is verified and approved, a Corporate Sales Specialist will make the change to your account.

Will my credit be impacted by the Bulk Application Process?

No, we do not inquire data from nor report data to credit bureaus.

Why was my account declined?

To maintain the integrity of our vetting process we cannot provide the exact reason for a declined application.

Are there any costs associated with ordering McDonald’s Arch Cards in bulk?

No, there are no costs besides the cost for the value being put onto the cards. We will ground ship your cards for free. There is a surcharge for express shipping if you choose this option.

Are any discounts available for Arch Cards purchased in bulk?

Volume discounts or bonus card offers may apply depending on your order size and payment method. Contact us for details.

Is there a minimum order requirement for orders placed on the Corporate order site?

This site is designed for businesses looking to order $125 or more in McDonald's Arch Cards. If you would like to purchase a smaller amount of gift cards or your purchase is for personal use, please visit our consumer site.

Is there a maximum order amount for orders placed on the Corporate order site?

This site is designed for businesses looking to order $125 or more and less than $50,000 in card value. If you are looking for more than this, please contact us at McDonalds_arch_cards@us.mcd.com.

What dollar amounts are available on this site?

McDonald’s Arch Cards can be loaded for any amount between $5 through $100 through your McDonald’s Arch Card Corporate Account.

What is the order process?

After setting up your account, the online ordering process is fast and easy. However, there are few critical steps to be aware of to ensure a great experience:

  1. Log in to your McDonald’s Corporate gift card account to place your bulk order.
  2. Pay for your order.
  3. When your payment has cleared, your order will be released for processing.
  4. Your order is then processed and shipped. Please allow 3 business days for procesing plus shipping transit time.
  5. Once you receive your order, verify cards received match the packing slip.
  6. For security purposes the cards in your order are not activated. To request activation, log in to your McDonald’s Arch Card Corporate Account, go to “History” and select the magic wand icon. Do not distribute cards before receipt of a Card Activation email.

When will I receive my gift cards?

Timing will vary based on payment and shipping method.

Can I get my cards next day?

While we cannot guarantee next day delivery, if your payment has cleared by 10AM CT and you have selected FedEx ™ overnight shipping, there is a likelihood that you’ll receive your order next day.

What are my shipping options?

We offer FREE FedEx ™ Ground. FedEx ™ Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or foreign addresses.

What payment methods may I use?

We accept credit card, check and ACH payments.

To pay with ACH, please use the ACH instructions provided after you have submitted your order. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of funds clearing.

To pay by credit card, please enter your credit card information at the time of order.

To pay by Company Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order (no purchase orders), mail with payment and a copy of your order confirmation email to the below address. Allow up to 10 business days for check payments to clear the bank.

How do I activate my cards once I receive them?

Cards are shipped inactive to safeguard against theft and/or unauthorized use. When your order is received, you must log in to your McDonald’s Arch Card Corporate Account to activate the cards.

Can I email my order form?

Unfortunately, you cannot place an order via email. All orders are now processed via the McDonald’s Arch Card Corporate Sales website.

What do I do if I need an invoice to initiate payment?

An Invoice/Order Received email will be sent after you place your order. As a reminder, please add McDonald's no-reply@wgiftcard.com to your address books so you receive our emails. If you have any questions, please email us at McDonalds_arch_cards@us.mcd.com.

What do I do if I need a W9 before placing an order?

If your company requires a W9 before placing an order, please email us at McDonalds_arch_cards@us.mcd.com.

Can I order eGift Cards?

Not at this time.

What is the return policy?

Arch Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Can I add a personal message on my Arch Cards?

Not at this time. However, you can request carriers that include a place to write in to/from/amount message.

Can I ship my cards to multiple addresses?

Yes, but you’ll need to place a separate order for each address.

Can these cards be reloaded after full value has been spent?

McDonald’s Arch Cards are reloadable. Visit the Arch Card webpage for more information.

Can I use the brand trademarks for use in promotional materials associated with my Arch Card purchase?

If you would like to use the Arch Cards as part of a marketing promotion, you will need to get the prior written approval of P2W for your intended use. The use of any trademarks, service marks or other intellectual property owned by McDonald's Corporation or its affiliates, in any advertising or other materials, is not allowed without first obtaining prior written approval. You will need to contact us before proceeding with any promotion involving use of the Arch Cards and/or any McDonald's branding. Are there any expiration dates on Arch Cards?

No, Arch Cards never expire and are not subject to any dormancy fees.

Where can Arch Cards be used?

You can use Arch Cards at any of the 13,000+ participating restaurant locations throughout the U.S. when ordering via the drive-thru, at the register or the kiosk.

What if my Arch Cards are lost or stolen?

Please treat gift cards as you would cash; the value of the lost or stolen card is non-refundable. If your order was lost or stolen during shipment, please contact us at McDonalds_arch_cards@us.mcd.com.

How do I check the balance on an Arch Card?

To check your Arch Card balance, visit the McDonald’s Arch Card Balance Website or you can call the number on the back of your Arch Card.
